Now that I have your attention, welcome to American Heart Month fellow bookstagrammers/book lovers! It’s a cause I’ve poured my heart and soul into for many, many years. I was lucky enough to be a media partner with the AHA for several years. I’ve shared dozens and dozens of heart survivor, heart health, advocacy, and awareness stories. I emceed Heart Balls and Heart Walks and shared billboard and promo space with heart survivors. This month I need YOUR help to achieve several goals. It’s a bookstagram stack for a cause!

There are SO many ways you can get involved. I’ve included links in bio to learn hands-only CPR, direct links to write your lawmakers about help for nonprofits, and I’ll be sharing actionable steps you can take to boost your own heart health throughout the month.
🗣If you only take away one thing this month, know that 1 𝗜𝗡 3 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗜𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘!!!!! While underlying conditions & genetic disposition are contributing factors, it CAN be prevented in many cases. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
